RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your product, without giving any reason.
The period expires at the end of the 14th day. If the last day falls on a non-working day, the deadline is extended to the next working day.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
- Send us a message at support@velit.fit before the 14-day period expires
- Include your order number and whether you would like a return or an exchange
- Send the product to: VelitFit Ltd., Sofia, Zapaden Park district, bl. 121, ent. V, fl. 3, apt. 9, Bulgaria
It is sufficient to send your notification before the 14 days expire — the product does not need to have been returned by then.
Conditions for Accepted Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In its original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
You are entitled to inspect the product in the same way you would in a physical store. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary for inspection, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly or to refuse the return.
Return Shipping Costs
- The cost of returning the product is your responsibility
- Returns are sent at the standard rate of a courier of your choice
- We recommend keeping your courier receipt as proof of dispatch
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- We will refund the full value of the product and the standard outbound delivery cost (if you chose a more expensive delivery method, the difference above the standard rate will not be refunded)
- Refund timeline: within 14 days of receiving the product back
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for a different size or a different product from our catalogue.
- The replacement item will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned product
- The cost of two-way shipping for an exchange is your responsibility
- If there is a price difference: more expensive item → you pay the difference; cheaper item → we refund the difference
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:
- Contact us at support@velit.fit within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include photos of the defect and your order number
- In these cases we cover all return shipping costs
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund including the original delivery cost
Statutory Guarantee of Conformity
Under EU law, you are entitled to a 2-year statutory guarantee on all products. If a product is defective or does not match its description at the time of purchase, you have the right to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products made to order or personalised
- Products that have been worn or used after delivery
