II. Scope and Purpose
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between VelitFit Ltd. ("Seller") and customers ("User") of the velit.fit online store for distance purchases of goods.
The applicable legal framework includes:
- Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (ZZP)
- Bulgarian Electronic Commerce Act (ZET)
- Bulgarian Law on Obligations and Contracts (ZZD)
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
- Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights
By placing an order, the User confirms they have read and fully accept these Terms.
III. Steps to Conclude a Contract
The purchase contract is concluded as follows:
- The User browses products and adds selected items to the cart
- The User enters delivery details and selects a payment method
- The User reviews the order and confirms by clicking "Order with obligation to pay" (or equivalent)
- The Seller sends an automatic confirmation by email
- The contract is considered concluded from the moment the confirmation is sent
The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order in cases of:
- Out-of-stock items
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User
- Reasonable suspicion of abuse or fraud
In the event of cancellation, the User will be notified and all payments will be refunded immediately.
IV. Prices and Payment
- All prices are displayed in the store currency and include VAT where applicable
- Delivery costs are shown separately before the order is finalised
- Prices may be updated at any time without affecting already confirmed orders
- The Seller does not charge additional fees for the chosen payment method
V. Delivery
- Delivery is carried out by courier to a home address or courier office
- Delivery timeframes are shown at checkout and depend on the destination
- The maximum delivery period is 30 days from the confirmation date, unless otherwise agreed
- If this deadline cannot be met, the User will be notified immediately and may cancel the order with a full refund
- Risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the User upon physical handover by the courier
VI. Inspection Upon Receipt
- The User must inspect the parcel upon receipt
- If there is visible external damage, the User should refuse the delivery and notify the Seller immediately
- Accepting the parcel without any remarks is considered confirmation that it was received in good condition
VII. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Under Article 50 of the ZZP and Directive 2011/83/EU, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal:
- Send a notification to support@velit.fit before the 14-day period expires
- Include your order number and state whether you want a return or exchange
- Send the item within 14 days of your notification to: VelitFit Ltd., Sofia, Zapaden Park district, bl. 121, ent. V, fl. 3, apt. 9, Bulgaria
You may use the standard withdrawal form at the end of these Terms, but it is not mandatory.
Conditions for accepted returns:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging. The User is entitled to inspect the item as they would in a physical store. If the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection, the Seller may reduce the refund amount proportionally or refuse the return.
Return shipping costs:
Return shipping is at the User's expense, except in cases of defective or incorrectly sent goods.
Refunds:
- The Seller will refund the full value of the item and the standard outbound delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the item back
- If the User chose a more expensive delivery method, the difference above the standard rate will not be refunded
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order
VIII. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to order or personalised
- Hygiene products with broken original packaging (where applicable)
- Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life
IX. Complaints and Statutory Guarantee
Under Articles 112–115 of the ZZP, the User has the right to file a complaint for non-conformity of goods within 2 years of receipt.
How to submit a complaint:
- Contact us at support@velit.fit
- Include your order number and describe the issue
- Attach photos of the defect or non-conformity
Complaints are reviewed within 30 days of receipt. If this deadline is not met, the User has the right to cancel the contract and request a full refund.
If a complaint is upheld, the Seller will offer:
- A replacement product
- A full refund including the original delivery cost
The Seller covers return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly sent goods.
The right to complain does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
X. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for a different size or product from the catalogue:
- The replacement will be dispatched after the returned item is received and inspected
- Two-way shipping costs for exchanges are at the User's expense
- If there is a price difference: more expensive item → the User pays the difference; cheaper item → the Seller refunds the difference
XI. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Privacy Policy available at velit.fit.
Data is used for: order processing, delivery, invoicing, and communication.
The User has the right to access, correct, delete, and port their data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP): https://www.cpdp.bg
XII. Intellectual Property
All content on velit.fit — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of VelitFit Ltd. and is protected by copyright. Copying, distributing, or using any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
XIII. Limitation of Liability
The Seller is not liable for:
- Delivery delays caused by the courier company
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemic)
- Damage caused by misuse of purchased goods
- Temporary unavailability of the website due to technical reasons
XIV. Amendments
The Seller may update these Terms at any time. The current version is published on the website with the date of last update. Users will be notified by email of any significant changes.
XV. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing law: the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union.

- General Conciliation Commissions under the KZP
If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent Bulgarian court.
